Our Story
Founded in 2018, The Oasis Village Foundation emerged from a dedicated group of individuals committed to enhancing social services within urban communities. Recognizing significant gaps in the support available to residents, these founders came together with a vision to create a more inclusive and responsive organization focused on community needs.

The inception of the Oasis Village Foundation was driven by the firsthand experiences of its founders, who were actively engaged in delivering social services across various urban neighborhoods. Their collective insights highlighted the urgent need for a more coordinated approach to address the challenges faced by community members, including poverty, violence, and lack of access to essential resources.
In 2023, the Oasis Village Foundation took a significant step forward by applying for and receiving nonprofit status. This designation allows the organization to expand its reach and enhance its programs, ensuring that more individuals and families benefit from its services.
The Oasis Village Foundation is staffed by a diverse team of professionals, each bringing over 10 years of experience in social services and community-based violence prevention. This wealth of knowledge enables the organization to deliver effective programs tailored to the unique needs of the community. Our staff members are passionate advocates for social change, equipped with the skills and insights necessary to make a meaningful impact.
